AXSentinel

AXSentinel · by AXFintech

Risk Autopilot for MT5 brokers.

Most risk tools only show risk. AXSentinel reduces it.

Forex broker risk management software that connects to your MT5 server and your liquidity providers, scores every client, runs your own rules, and — with approval — acts on MT5 and hedges at the LP.

The problem

A risk screen tells you there is a fire. Then you go and find the extinguisher.

Exposure dashboards and MT5 manager plugins are good at showing you risk. The work — deciding, acting, hedging, and proving it was worth it — still happens by hand, after the fact.

Typical risk tool

AXSentinel

  • Shows exposure on a screen

Acts on it: moves the account, changes leverage, sends the hedge

  • Alerts with no context

Every alert arrives with why it fired and what to do next

  • Generic thresholds you cannot test

Your own rules, backtested on the past 30 days before they go live

  • A dealer clicks around in MT5 Manager

One click to approve, with maker-checker and a kill switch

  • No record of what was done or why

An immutable audit trail and a report of what it saved

How AXSentinel works

Detect → decide → act → prove

One closed loop instead of four separate tools. Every stage is visible, every action is approved the way you choose, and every result is recorded.

  1. 01Detect

See every account, position and deal

Live exposure, client risk scores and margin watch, read straight from MT5 and your LPs.

    › deal 88123 · hold 4s · score 64 → 87

  2. 02Decide

Your rules, not a black box

WHEN → IF → THEN rules, backtested on 30 days, put each alert in a prioritised inbox with the why.

    › rule “latency arb · B-book” matched

  3. 03Act

Act on MT5 and hedge at the LP

Move A↔B, change leverage, disable trading, send a hedge. Suggest, needs approval, or auto.

    › move → A-book · approved by 2nd user

  4. 04Prove

    Show what it was worth

Every step is audited. Reports and the daily brief show what was caught, what was done, and what it saved.

› case closed · attributed to rule

What “Prove” learns feeds back into “Detect”: tune thresholds, promote rules from suggest to auto.

LP hub + hedge engine

The other half of the book: your liquidity providers

Client flow is only half the picture. AXSentinel puts LP accounts, coverage and fill quality beside it — and keeps net exposure inside the limits you set.

  • Coverage per symbol. Client net against LP net, with the unhedged residual and your target coverage.

  • Fill quality per LP. Slippage, latency and rejects measured trade by trade through client↔LP matching.

  • Hedge engine. Per-symbol net limits; suggest or auto-send LP hedges, with hedge P&L attribution.

Today LPs connect as MT5 coverage accounts. Direct FIX connectivity is on the roadmap.

Rule builder

Write the rule the way you would say it

Describe a rule in a sentence. AXSentinel drafts it as WHEN → IF → THEN, you backtest it on the past 30 days, and only then does it go live.

You type

“If a B-book client closes most of their trades inside a minute and their risk score goes above 75, open a high case and suggest moving them to A-book. Don’t alert on the same account more than once a day.”

AXSentinel drafts

WHEN
a deal closes
IF
group = B-book · hold < 60s on ≥ 70% of last 50 deals · score ≥ 75
THEN
open case (high) · propose move → A-book (needs approval)
COOLDOWN
24h per account

Next: backtest on the past 30 days → review matches → save.

Security

It touches your MT5 server, so it is built to be careful

Security details
  • Read-only first

Start with a read-only manager login. Detection, scoring and alerts work without any rights to change your server.

  • Encrypted credentials

Manager credentials are stored encrypted, never in plain text, and are used only by the connector.

  • IP allow-listing

Connections to your MT5 server come from fixed addresses you can allow-list on your side.

  • Maker-checker and roles

Owner, admin, dealer, risk and viewer roles. The person who proposes an action cannot approve it.

  • Kill switch and dry-run

Halt every automated action at once, or run rules in dry-run to see what they would have done.

  • Immutable audit trail

Every alert, note, approval and action is recorded with who, when and why.
